Privacy

This note is about the four pages on this host. It is not the MPL privacy policy. That policy was read at www.mpl.live/lp/privacy-policy on 25 October 2026. It names Galactus Funware Technology Private Limited. It had no revision date, no grievance officer, and no street. None of its collection is done here, and its text is not copied here.

What these pages do

The HTML does not contain a form, a login, a phone field, or an analytics tag. It does not set its own cookie. Opening “mpl app download” leaves this host. From that moment the other site’s policy applies, not this one.

A request for these files still reaches the machine that serves them. That machine can keep its own access log, including an IP address and the path. This page does not receive a copy of that log, and it has no account to attach the visit to.

What the public policy still said

The policy still said that a profile name, a profile picture, and Contest Winnings may be used in advertising and promotion without a further ask and without compensation. It still gave financial details, including an account, an e-wallet, and a card, as examples of data used to issue prizes and coupons. That writing was on the public site on the same day as the homepage banner about deposits and cash games. This page does not merge the two into one claim.

The policy’s own chapter list was General, Information collected, Disclosure, Confidentiality, Security, Cookies, Updates, Your rights, and Restriction of liability. It described itself as an electronic contract. It said it should be read with the terms. The terms addresses that were tried that day were not found, so the terms text was not read.

What you can ask

There is no profile on this host to correct or delete. Questions about an MPL account go to the addresses printed on those sites. The ones read on 25 October 2026 were help@mplgaming.com on the privacy policy, community@mplgaming.com on the help page, and play@mplgaming.com on the Play listing. The Play listing also prints +91 95139 57670. This host does not run those mailboxes and does not answer that phone.
