Disclaimer

This notice covers the MPL app download page, about, and privacy. It also covers the sponsored button on those pages.

Not the operator

These pages describe what public sites said on 25 October 2026. They are not published by Galactus Funware Technology, Galactus Funware Technology Private Limited, or M-LEAGUE PTE LTD. A sentence quoted from those sites can change on their side without this host noticing.

The install and the button

This host does not provide an APK, an EXE, or a DMG. The public Android control, as read that day, named a file on the operator’s own host. That file is not linked here. The public iOS control pointed at a United States store listing that the India lookup did not return. “mpl app download” is a different destination. It is marked rel="sponsored nofollow" and opens in a new tab. Anything that happens after that click is on the destination, not on this host.

Pictures on the download page are copies of public images. A game count, a points figure, or a reward word printed on a picture stays that picture’s label. This host does not turn it into an offer. Surfer Shark is printed on the desktop hero and is not one of the 25 menu links.

Money

The homepage banner said deposits are no longer available, and that no cash games are available. The India disclaimer, from a CMS entry dated 22 November 2024, said the game may be habit-forming or financially risky, and to play responsibly. That disclaimer is a different block from the banner. The United States listing still describes real cash. The privacy policy still describes Contest Winnings and prize payout details. This host does not choose between those writings and does not turn any of them into an offer. There is no rupee amount on these pages.

The public disclaimer also said the site’s assets belong to Galactus Funware, except third-party content, which it offered “AS IS” with no promise of accuracy. That sentence is about their site. It is not a warranty from this host.

Age and place

Do not use this site if you are under 18. That is the line in the India disclaimer that was read. A store label of 17+ or Everyone is the store’s own label and is not used here as permission for a minor.

The same disclaimer said the product is offered only where the law allows, and that people in some states cannot open the app or its contests. The updated list is inside the app. The public page did not name the states. This host does not invent that list.
